With Sean Maher and Mark Cirillo. Directed by J.C. Falcón.
by LEON VAN NIEROP
Those of you who know Sean Maher as the hunky dude from Firefly will see him in certain positions of a sexual nature that you may not have expected. This is quite a charming, sophisticated tale of a gay man who has sex with his best pal’s girlfriend and gets her pregnant. The man is still searching for Mr. Right though, and starts a friendship with an on-line sex addict, but there is a twist in the computer cable, especially after the birth of his baby daughter. A great melancholy score, good acting and a story that is reasonably entertaining and convincing contribute to the success of this film that celebrates being gay, but taking responsibility for your actions. Refreshing and recommended.
