China has passed a new law requiring influencers to hold a degree in the topics they discuss in their content, multiple media reports suggest. The rule says that if you are an influencer and if you want to discuss “serious” topics- such as finance, health, medicine, law or education- you must provide proof of relevant professional credentials.
