ulio Spatola has been crowned the new winner of Mr. Gay World 2025.
Spatola, who resides in the UK but represented his homeland of Italy, edged out contestants from countries including Spain, Australia, India, France, Great Britain, Japan and the United States, among others.
The 12 finalists competed in various categories such as formal wear, national costume, a Q&A portion, and, of course, the fan-favorite swimwear competition.

Beauty king
Spatola is no stranger to the male pageant circuit and had already taken home the top prize at local and international competitions: Mr. Gay Street, Mr. Gay Rome, Mr. Gay Italy, and Mr. Gay Europe.
However, after stepping away from the pageantry for 14 years, Spatola returned with a renewed energy at the age of 40.
“It’s a strange feeling, like in those movies where an actor returns years later to play the same role. I didn’t think it would happen,” Spatola admitted to the Italian outlet Gay.It.
