Troye Sivan has released the music video for FF, the latest single from his fourth studio album, She’s the Best. The video and the album both came out on 9 October 2026, and Sivan had already told fans what to expect.
A PrEP Pill In The Bathroom Scene
One detail stands out. In the bathroom, Sivan takes a PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) pill from MISTR, the online sexual health provider. The release lined up with MISTR’s second annual National PrEP Day, held at The Abbey in West Hollywood.
Leland, Sivan’s best friend and longtime collaborator, DJed the event. He co-wrote every song on She’s the Best. He told Out that Sivan might not realise how important the video is, and he pointed to Christina Aguilera’s Beautiful video as an early moment when gay love felt normal to him.
FF follows the title track, whose video featured Nicole Kidman and Sasha Colby, and Party, a single about sexual liberation. Sivan spent the lead-up to the release posting a steady run of thirst traps and even joked that he had considered joining OnlyFans for the rollout.

Posting on X before the release, he said he had made “the gayest music video of my career”.
What Happens In The Video?
Gordon von Steiner directed the clip, which was shot at a beach house on Fire Island. Actor Felix Mayr plays Sivan’s blond love interest. The two kiss on the sand, end up in bed together and finish in the shower.
The title stands for “Fuck Forever”. In press materials, Sivan describes the song as a love song to a man he hasn’t met yet.
