Therapist Slammed for Claiming Men Having Sex with Men is ‘Guy Thing’, Not ‘Gay’. The therapist went on to say that straight men are attracted to sex with men, they are not attracted to men.

A sex therapist from America has explained why he believes straight men can have sex with men while remaining completely straight. Dr. Joe Kort, a gay sex therapist, and author insists that without being specifically gay, men can have sex with other men. Kort has taken his practice online to TikTok, where his claims have made him infamous. Despite his theory sparking a massive debate online, the sex expert argues, “It’s not a gay thing, it’s a guy thing.”

In a new video, Kort asserted that not behavior but feelings determine sexual orientation. He claims that it all comes down to what two consenting adults want out of a situation. “In general, men have more transactional sex with one another, in general women don’t. Men have objectified sex where it’s just about the act, it’s just about getting off,” he said in the video. Kort went on to say that straight men are attracted to sex with men, they are not attracted to men. He further mentioned that some of these men could be gay or bisexual.

However, he said that it is something that comes over time. These men can only be in touch with the trajectory to figure that out. “A straight man who has sex with another man is into it as the other guy is into him, so it’s all about him,” claimed Kort.
