Born and bred in the small town of Eshowe, in KZN. Based in Joburg because of work. My name is Bonginkosi Ndima now mostly known as Bongs ( King B). Am 36 years old. I’m an actor, a reality show star, fitness trainer, a qualified online video editor and a philanthropist. But I believe am more than just these titles, am passionate about life, very kind and also compassionate. I recently got certified as a digital marketer, but what keeps me busy is my passion for mental health. I run a foundation (Bongs Ndima Foundation) of which am the founder and the CEO, the foundation was created to cater to young men all the way to adults and also educate people about mental illnesses, GBV, substance abuse, peer pressure, cyber-bullying and also we provide assistance to those who need professional assistance. Like seeing a therapist, clinical psychologist etc.
